These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Non-Lethal Applications website and the purchase and use of our software products. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

To purchase products, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use the software according to the applicable license type:
All licenses are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Software licenses may require activation through our licensing system or through iLok (where applicable). The number of simultaneous activations is limited according to the license type purchased.
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
Subscription licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at support@non-lethal-applications.com within 14 days of purchase.
All software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this website and in our products are owned by Non-Lethal Applications or our licensors. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Non-Lethal Applications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as expressly provided by applicable law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will make reasonable efforts to fix reported issues in future updates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
